Tuition Policies

• All processing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
• Refund Policy:  All training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of your training start date. If cancellation is timely received, you will be eligible for a refund less the processing fees of $195 per training.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register for the Impact Trainings.
• Discounted tuition is FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE and (when available) no more than one discount can be applied per trainee.
