Tuition Policies
- All processing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
- Refund Policy:Â All training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of your training start date. If cancellation is timely received, you will be eligible for a refund less the processing fees of $195 per training.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to attend the Impact Trainings.
- Discounted tuition is non-refundable and (when available) no more than one discount can be applied per trainee.
- You may reschedule your training for a future date by paying a $75 rescheduling fee.
